The my.bluepos® e.bon is a service for providing electronic invoices with your bluepos® cash register. Automatically generate a digital receipt for every checkout process and make it available to your customers and guests very easily via QR code link on the checkout display or mobile device for retrieval via smartphone.
Digital solutions simplify many business processes for you and your customers. With the introduction of the obligation to issue receipts, “electronic receipts”, for example, are becoming increasingly important. Of course, you also have the possibility to generate such “e-receipts” with a bluepos® system. After a one-time setup at the cash register, the receipt output is paperless, contactless and in accordance with the applicable fiscal requirements, if desired.
The transmission of the “electronic receipt” to the customer can take place via a download link in the form of a QR code displayed on the checkout display, customer display or mobile device. By scanning this QR code with a smartphone, the customer can download the digital invoice receipt and view it in any PDF viewing program. A prior registration of your customers is not necessary. Of course, my.bluepos® e.bon also works perfectly in combination with our bluepos® mobile app.

The use of my.bluepos® e.bon and related services requires the registration and creation of a user account on the my.bluepos® platform.
The prerequisite for the functionality of the services offered via the my.bluepos® platform is a SCHULTES bluepos® POS solution that is connected to the Internet and configured accordingly, with a current software version, suitable license and active software maintenance.
