The module, which can be integrated into our established bluepos® POS software, allows not only the billing of gastronomic offers but also the comfortable reservation and management of guest rooms. In the freely configurable room plan, you always have an overview of the occupancy and capacity of your accommodation business. In combination with the integrated customer management, the reservation of available rooms is also child’s play. You only need a uniform cash register system for the administration of your overnight guests and the accounting of the turnovers from restaurant and other gastronomic offers.
Of course, we also offer interfaces to common hotel software for larger hotels and overnight accommodations. The SCHULTES bluepos® solutions support the transfer of invoices to the hotel system for numerous hotel programs. Turnovers from the hotel restaurant or hotel bar can be transferred from your cash register to the hotel software used at the touch of a button. At check-out, the guest receives a complete invoice for his overnight stays, the consumption of food and beverages or wellness offers used and can pay the total amount conveniently upon departure.
In addition to our stationary checkout systems, we also offer mobile checkout solutions that you can use via smartphone and tablet. Especially in overnight accommodations with spatially separated gastronomy offers – possibly also with outdoor areas – our networked bluepos® POS solutions show their full strength.
