Our delivery service module extends the possibilities of the standard customer management by many useful functions for delivery services: In addition to a powerful search function, for example, incoming calls can be assigned to a customer account via call monitor directly in the cash register. This saves valuable time per order process. If desired, the bluepos® POS software automatically shows you the articles of the last order or the top sellers of the respective customer.
For a better overview, you can assign incoming orders, pickup times or pickup numbers. An interface for connecting online map services also allows dynamic and efficient route planning for deliveries.
