Privacy policy bluepos® mobile
bluepos mobile is an extension to a SCHULTES S-700 POS system or S-700 bluepos. With this declaration we would like to inform you about the handling of personal data in bluepos mobile. All data that you generate during the operation of bluepos mobile is only transmitted to the connected POS system. In the standard settings of the POS system, the data is not forwarded. Depending on the settings on the connected cash register, transfers to external systems are possible. No data is transferred from bluepos mobile to Schultes Kassensysteme or other third parties.
In order to do justice to the application, we request the following authorizations in your mobile device with bluepos mobile:
Camera
bluepos mobile requires access to the camera of your end device so that you can scan QR or barcodes. Only the information stored in the read code is processed. Photos and images are neither stored nor sent.
Phone status
The device ID is determined from the telephone status. The ID is used to identify the mobile device when logging on to an S-700 POS system and is sent to that S-700 POS system for this purpose only.
Memory
In order to save settings or connection data, the application needs access to the device’s memory.
Updating the privacy policy
This privacy policy may be updated or amended as bluepos mobile develops. We will inform you about a change of the privacy policy in the update notes of a new version of bluepos mobile. By updating and using bluepos mobile, you declare your agreement with the currently valid data protection agreement.
