Waiter call explained in three steps

Guests have the option to trigger a waiter call via a QR code. If desired, call events can be assigned to individual tables or areas and assigned individual texts. Messages to the service can also be sent internally from other bluepos® workstations or kitchen.

With our bluepos®mobile app, your service staff not only take orders and customer requests particularly easily, but also receive notifications from the counter or kitchen when food or drinks are ready for pickup. This works especially smart in combination with a compatible smartwatch, which informs the user about incoming push messages via a vibration alarm.

The service can respond quickly and purposefully to an incoming waiter call. Waiting times for the guest are reduced and unnecessary walking distances for the staff are reduced. As an alternative to the waiter call to the bluepos® mobile app on the smartphone, there is also the option of connecting classic pager systems.
