With our bluepos® mobile app, your service staff not only take orders and customer requests directly from the guest with particular ease, but also receive notifications from the counter or kitchen on request when food or drinks are ready for collection. By the way, this works especially smart in combination with a compatible smartwatch, which, for example, informs the waiter unobtrusively about incoming push messages via a vibration alarm. Reduce waiting times
The waiter call is an integral part of the bluepos® POS software and can be individually adapted to your operating procedures. Use predefined or free notification texts and decide depending on the scenario for the waiter call by table occupancy or assigned number. Of course, there is also full compatibility with our kitchen monitor solution. Service and kitchen staff are thus in contact at all times, even in extensive gastronomic offerings, and can perfectly coordinate the respective work processes. As an alternative to the waiter call via the bluepos® mobile app on the smartphone or tablet, there is also the option of connecting classic pager systems.
