Interactive monitor solutions
The pick-up monitor is an integral part of the bluepos® kitchen display and extends the range of use of the kitchen monitor software, especially for applications in selfordering or for gastronomic operations without the possibility of service at the place. Likewise, the pickup monitor can also be used to implement combined applications with other call systems such as pagers. It is also conceivable to use it as an additional information display for service staff in extensive operations.
The pick-up numbers are generated automatically when the order is placed and transferred to the kitchen. The status is managed there by the kitchen staff on the bluepos® kitchen display. Guests in the waiting area can follow the progress from production to completion on the pickup monitor at any time and immediately see when the food is ready to be picked up at the serving counter. This relieves your staff and minimizes waiting times for the guest.
By controlling via network, you remain flexible in the choice of hardware and can place both small and larger end devices or even several monitors in your premises.
