The PAX SmartPOS terminals extend the functional scope of our bluepos® mobile POS application with a flexible payment solution for the uncomplicated acceptance of cashless payments. This allows you to combine handhelds for order entry and payment terminals in a single compact device. Depending on the model, invoices are also printed directly on the device. Alternatively, you can also connect mobile belt printers or use the my.bluepos® e.bon for a completely digital process.
Service staff can thus be deployed even more efficiently and save time-consuming walking or carrying an additional card reader. The speed advantage of smart terminals not only ensures seamless service for your customers, but also satisfied staff. Not least thanks to a tipping dialog that is seamlessly integrated into the payment process, your service staff do not have to forego this important income in service-intensive sectors, even in cashless payment transactions.
Universally applicable toolbox at the POS
In addition to the possible applications in mobile service, with SmartPOS you can easily create a particularly compact checkout area in cramped installations or you can use the devices in addition to the stationary checkout in counter operation – ideal for food trucks or at the outside counter of the ice cream parlor. SmartPOS integrates optimally into mobile bluepos® POS solutions at all times, without any additional payment drivers. The integrated camera is also ideal for scanning QR codes and co for error-free capture of vouchers, customer cards, loyalty campaigns or other scanner applications.
With SmartPOS, you naturally accept contactless card payments and their digital equivalents in mobile payment, incl. Apple Pay / Google Pay. And if you still need to insert a “real” card, this is no problem thanks to the card slot on the front.
