New functions in my.bluepos®
With the current bluepos® version, many practical innovations are now available for connected cash registers via the my.bluepos® cloud platform.
Retrieve invoices online
Retrieve the latest invoices from the cash register online from anywhere and send them to your customers, for example, simply by e-mail. In addition to a targeted search for certain time periods and specific invoice characteristics, you can also use almost all the familiar filters from the bluepos® invoice manager.
Edit article online
Adjust prices, change allocations or even create completely new items from presets. With the new article editing functions, article changes can also be made from mobile devices with just a few clicks. With filters and full-text search, you can also keep track of your article master at all times.
Menu online
You can make your menu(s) available digitally via the my.bluepos® cloud. Simply upload the PDF to your my.bluepos® account and then share the link to the file or web preview with your customers – of course, you can also do this conveniently using a QR code. The menu can be updated quickly and cost-effectively at any time without your own web space or special web knowledge. You are also welcome to visit our demo page for the my.bluepos® menu function.

bluepos® pay ZVT
- The direct connection of bluepos® pay terminals via ZVT protocol has been implemented. The connection can be made via a network or a serial connection.
bluepos® pay mobile
- If the customer receipt is activated after payment to bluepos® pay mobile, it is now printed immediately if the payment was not successful.
- The recording of the results of payment transactions in the log files has been improved.
my.bluepos
- Support of the invoice view in my.bluepos®: The edit style used is based on the edit style set for PDF invoice exports in P31.9. If no corresponding style is stored, the style for emails is used.
- Support for article processing in my.bluepos®: An entry is created in the EJournal for all article changes via my.bluepos® and a collective notification of changes within the last 24 hours is generated at the checkout. The filter
has also been implemented in the EJournal, which can be used to filter the aforementioned entries.
Consistency test
- The consistency test now also checks the “Tax number” field. If this does not correspond to the standard federal tax number, a warning is displayed.
Value-added tax rates (13)” program
- The tax rates 7.8% (valid from 01.01.25) and 8.4% (historically, valid from 06.12.24 to 31.12.24) are now also accepted for the average tax rate in accordance with §24 Para.1 No. 3 UStG.
Customer Display
- The Partner Tech DP-101A customer display is supported on S-700+ POS systems.
