“Write it on the room, please” – This is a request that your service staff in the restaurant or in the hotel bar hear every day from a large number of your guests. How nice it would be now to simply transfer the hotel restaurant ‘s sales from the cash register to the hotel system at the push of a button. This is easily possible with the bluepos® hotel software thanks to a seamless interface. Additional services such as wellness offers or purchases in the hotel shop can also be reliably invoiced with bluepos® and conveniently forwarded to the hotel software used.
All amounts in one system
The bluepos® software supports the transfer of the restaurant invoice to the hotel system for numerous hotel programs. The list on the right shows the realized connections to different hotel software solutions.
Of course, the transfer of the restaurant bill is carried out in compliance with the national financial regulations (in Germany KassenSichV). This means that you are always on the safe side with our interface to software for the hotel and hospitality industry.
