To meet the growing need for mobility, we have developed bluepos®, a modern POS software that can be operated on almost any POS hardware or a Windows PC or tablet.
The challenge was to integrate the strengths of our proprietary cash registers into a pure software solution, because data security and full functionality should be provided even if we do not offer it in combination with our own produced cash register hardware. With bluepos® we have been able to optimally implement our ideas and expand the POS software into a powerful system solution for various industry applications.
The convertible cash register software
- Flexible use – With the bluepos® POS software we enable you to use powerful SCHULTES accounting solutions on any PC hardware. Help yourself to a large extent freely in the market for mobile and stationary touch devices and make an individual and suitable choice for your business with regard to design, price and performance.
- Optimally networked – Our bluepos® software allows you to carry out familiar work processes of a current SCHULTES cash register also on the PC or tablet and still not do without the advantages of an optimally coordinated system. For example, if you want, our reliable cash register hardware can be used in the restaurant, while you use a PC in the back office that also runs a bluepos® software solution. There, the system is then conveniently administered without cumbersome configuration and under a uniform user interface. Or you use a strong Windows Server with bluepos® as a basis for the exclusive use with mobile devices. Here, too, you benefit from the smooth integration of reliable SCHULTES peripherals into your PC POS system with bluepos® software.
- Uniform operation – What distinguishes us from other manufacturers in this segment is that we equip both our current cash register models with the bluepos® cash register software, but can also offer the basic software as a pure PC cash register application. No matter which variant you finally decide on or if you even want to combine individual advantages of both systems, with bluepos® we offer you a uniform and powerful software with a clear operating concept at all cash desks.
- Mobile Solutions – The growing popularity and proliferation of touch and tablet PC systems is opening up a whole new range of applications for managing typical operational processes and guest interaction. With the bluepos® software, SCHULTES therefore offers a suitable solution with which you can easily transform your tablet into a fully-fledged, mobile SCHULTES POS system.
One or more bluepos® based touch PC systems integrate seamlessly into an existing SCHULTES cash register network and of course also function without any problems in combination with other mobile systems such as our bluepos® mobile app. This way, you and your staff always remain flexible and can easily adapt to changing needs. - Transponder lock included – The bluepos® software also includes our newly developed transponder lock, which enables fast and secure operator authentication. The individually codable keys are indestructible and engage magnetically in the lock. Wear and damage due to static charge are excluded by the contactless technology. Alternatively, the bluepos® POS software is available as a system license or with USB dongles or especially for mobile tablet applications with MicroSD dongle.
- Extensions and updates – The modular bluepos® system with modern interfaces for peripherals and digital services always adapts exactly to your requirements and allows subsequent extensions of your cash register at any time. Local and mobile applications can be combined freely according to the needs of your company. With our optional software maintenance, your POS system always remains up to date.
