How nice it would be now to simply transfer the restaurant sales to the guest’s room account at the touch of a button in the cash register. When checking out, the guest then pays only one invoice – for his overnight stay and his consumption in the hotel restaurant or hotel bar. This is, you guessed it, easily possible with the bluepos® software.

With the optional module “room management”, the bluepos® software offers comfortable functions for the reservation and accounting of guest rooms in smaller hotels or guesthouses. In the integrated room plan you can always see the current occupancy. A reservation of rooms is child’s play in combination with the integrated customer management. At the check-out the guest receives a complete invoice for his overnight stays and the restaurant consumption.
