Already included in the basic license is a customer management with the search for names, customer numbers and phone numbers. The assignment of orders with pick-up times and optionally pick-up numbers is also included here. If our cash register is to be upgraded for the extended delivery business, we recommend the optional module for extended customer functions / delivery service. With the call monitor you can assign calls to a customer account directly in the cash register. This makes order taking extremely efficient, you need significantly less time per call. If you wish, the bluepos® software will show you the articles of the last order or the top sellers of the customer when answering the call. By using online map services, you can also optimally plan deliveries and tours.
