Service call explained in four steps
1. scan QR code
The guest scans a QR code with their smartphone. This code can be assigned to a fixed table, for example, and placed accordingly. The QR codes can be created and managed with just a few clicks in your my.bluepos account. The guest only needs an Internet-enabled smartphone or other terminal device with a current browser.
2. send message
The guest can then use virtual call buttons to send a service call via smartphone browser or other mobile, internet-enabled devices. The waiter.call page called up by the guest can be designed with individual branding and provide various call events, e.g. for repeat orders or specific payment requests.

With the bluepos® mobile app, your service staff are informed about new call events at any time, depending on their table or area responsibility. This works especially smart in combination with a compatible smartwatch, which inconspicuously signals incoming calls via a vibration alarm.
